National Mailbox Improvement Week Giveaway (US) Terms

Prize details: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an Adoorn Best Bundle of their choice (approximate retail value up to $1,200), subject to availability and Adoorn.com terms. One (1) First Runner-Up will receive a Core Bundle of their choice. Ten (10) additional winners will each receive up to six (6) 6" House Numbers. No substitution, not transferable, and no cash redemption except as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ (or age of majority in their state). Void where prohibited.

Entry Period: Sunday, April 12, 2026 – Sunday, May 10, 2026. Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.

How to enter: To enter, fill out the form at adoorn.com/pages/giveaway-national-mailbox-improvement-week, include an original photo as part of your submission, and briefly describe why you are looking to improve your mailbox. You may submit an entry for yourself or nominate a family member, friend, or neighbor. If nominating someone else, you represent that you have permission to submit their photo and information. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Entries without a photo or submitted outside the Entry Period are void.

To enter without submitting online, you may mail a 3" x 5" card or 8.5" x 11" letter with your full name, email address, city and state of residence, and a brief written description of why you need a new mailbox (or why the nominated recipient does), along with a printed copy of your original photo, to: Adoorn Giveaway, 651 W Washington St, Suite 301, Chicago, IL 60661. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 10, 2026 and received within 5 days thereafter. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries carry equal weight to online entries and must comply with all content requirements.

Content requirements: Photo must be original and comply with these Terms. Do not include third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, or recognizable branding unless you have permission. Photo must not include nudity, hate, violence, illegal activity, or otherwise inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

AI policy: AI-generated images are not permitted. Minor edits for cropping, color correction, and cleanup are allowed, but the primary image content must be captured by you.

Judging: Winners will be selected by a Sponsor-appointed jury based primarily on demonstrated need for mailbox improvement. Additional consideration may be given to clarity of submission and overall presentation. All judging decisions are final.

Rights + publicity release: By submitting, you represent and warrant that you own the photo and have obtained permission from any person(s) appearing in the photo to grant the rights below. Do not submit photos of anyone under 18. By submitting, you grant Adoorn a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your submission (in whole or in part) for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. You also consent to Adoorn's use of your name, city/state, likeness, and/or social handle (if provided) in connection with the promotion and marketing use of your submission.

Grand Prize and select winners may be invited to participate in a mailbox makeover at their residence, which may be photographed and filmed for Adoorn marketing and promotional purposes. By accepting a prize, such winners agree to participate in reasonable filming and photography and grant Adoorn the right to use such photo and video content in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal address details and specific house numbers will not be publicly disclosed.

Winner notification + announcement: Winners will be notified on or around May 15, 2026 via email from an official Adoorn email address and must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be announced on Adoorn-owned channels (including email, website, and social media) and may include name and city/state and/or social handle.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries. Participation constitutes entrant's agreement to these Terms and release of Sponsor from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance/use, except where prohibited.
