Order Shipping & Pre-Orders

When will my order ship and arrive?

Adoorn ships Monday-Friday. All orders have free shipping.

Most orders ship within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. If you place an order Friday - Sunday, it will ship on Monday. 

All items in your order will ship at the same time, and they may arrive in separate boxes due to the size of each box.

Shipment times are typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location. 

If you ordered an item notated as “Pre-Order” (generally an order that won't immediately ship within 24 hours) then the entire order will ship together on the date of the Pre-Order item.  

What is Pre-Order and when will my order arrive?

Adoorn offers lots of different styles & limited color runs, which means we sometimes sell out quickly on new color drops and top selling items.

We have created a new system we call  “Pre-Orders”  that can allow customers to Advance Order on new items/colors and items which may have sold out.

What is a Pre-Order:  For total transparency, we define a Pre-Order as any order that will not ship immediately (within 24 hours). We appreciate all our customers ordering directly from Adoorn and we want to ensure you have all the order information up front.

Estimated Ship Date of Pre-Order:  To ensure this information is known at time of order, the estimated Ship Date of the Pre-Order item will be listed in multiple places:

  1. On the Product Purchase Page in multiple spots 1) The Color Selector; 2) In the Add To Cart button

  2. In your Shopping Cart

  3. On the Order Checkout Page

Upon placing your order, you wil receive an order confirmation email with the estimated ship date.  

This date is an estimation of when your product will ship from our warehouse. This is the date that we believe your order will ship; we are using the best available information at the time of order —your order may ship earlier or slightly later.

Entire Order Ships Together:  All items in your order will ship at the same time, and they may arrive in separate boxes due to the size of each box. The entire order will ship with the Pre-Order item.
