Shipping

Where does Adoorn ship?

We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Adoorn offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Adoorn ships Monday–Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 Business Days; orders placed Friday through Sunday typically ship the following Monday.

Items in your order may ship separately and may arrive in separate boxes due to the size of each box.

Shipment times are typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

If you ordered a Pre-Order item (one that won't ship within 24 hours), the order may ship separately with the Pre-Order item shipping on it's estimated shipment date. See the next question for Pre-Order details.

What is a Pre-Order, and when will my Pre-Order arrive?

Adoorn sells limited color runs and new styles that occasionally sell out. Pre-Orders let customers reserve items that aren't ready to ship immediately.

What counts as a Pre-Order

Any order that won't ship within 24 hours. We label these clearly so you have full information up front.

Where the estimated ship date is shown

  • The product page (color selector and Add to Cart button)
  • Your shopping cart
  • The order checkout page
  • Your order confirmation email

This date is our best estimate at the time of order — it may ship earlier or slightly later.

Entire order may ship separately

Items in a Pre-Order may ship separately with in stock items shipping within 1-2 business days and Pre-Order items shipping on the listed ship date. Items may arrive in separate boxes due to size.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order after it's placed?

Email us at hello@adoorn.com as soon as possible. We can attempt to make changes or cancel your order if you reach us within 4 hours of placing it, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm CT. Outside that window, we can't guarantee changes since your order may already be processed for shipment.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes. Our mailboxes follow all USPS regulations, and our installation instructions include guidelines for height and setback at your curb. You can also include delivery instructions for packages to be placed inside your Adoorn — see our delivery setup guide.

Do you ship to other countries?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Stay tuned.

Orders & Billing

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Email us at hello@adoorn.com as soon as possible. We can attempt to make changes to the shipping address if you reach us within 4 hours of placing your order, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm CT. Outside that window, we can't guarantee a change since your order may already be processed for shipment.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can view your order status on your account page. It updates when your order ships.

I didn't receive my order confirmation email.

Upon successfully completing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation from Adoorn. If it didn't arrive:

  • Check your spam folder
  • If you created an account, sign in to view the order in your account
  • Email us at hello@adoorn.com with your name, ship-to address, and what you ordered, and we'll check our system
When will my credit card be charged?

Your card is charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit and debit cards. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Affirm installments. We can't accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

A few things to check:

  • Confirm your card's billing details (security code, billing address) match what you entered.
  • Check that your card isn't expired.
  • Your card issuer may have declined the payment. They don't tell us why, so it's best to call them before retrying.

Returns & Warranty

What is the return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return eligibility

  • This policy applies only to products purchased on adoorn.com.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (boxes, cardboard, foam, etc.).
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@adoorn.com for a return authorization number. We'll send instructions once approved.
  • You ship the item back at your cost. Include a copy of the packing slip or original receipt with the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns without an authorization number or accompanying paperwork.
  • Returns that don't meet these criteria may receive a partial refund or no refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • Adoorn does not offer returns on products purchased outside adoorn.com. For products from authorized retailers, contact them directly.

Exchange eligibility

  • This policy applies only to products purchased on adoorn.com.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@adoorn.com for an authorization number.
  • You ship the item back at your cost. Include the packing slip or original receipt.
  • Once we receive the item, we issue a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is fully credited back when the replacement order ships.
  • Exchanges that don't meet these criteria may receive a partial refund or no refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • Adoorn does not offer exchanges on products purchased outside adoorn.com. Contact authorized retailers directly.
I received the wrong product. How can I return it?

Email hello@adoorn.com with your order number, a photo of the incorrect item, and the packing slip. We'll get back to you ASAP.

What is the warranty policy?

Adoorn LLC warrants that products sold on adoorn.com are free of defects in materials and workmanship and in perfect working order at the time of purchase. If a part is damaged or defective at receipt, Adoorn will replace that specific part.

Adoorn offers a free Limited Lifetime Warranty on Adoorn products to the original owner with proof of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure of moving parts under normal use. If a product becomes defective under normal residential use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What's not covered

  • Damage from modification, accident, abuse, or misuse
  • Vandalism, neglect, or use of the product for unintended purposes
  • Surface rust, fading, corrosion, or exposure to outdoor environment, salt air, road salt, or sprinklers
  • Paint damage that could lead to surface rust (stone chips, scratches, installation errors, improper chemicals)
  • Acts of nature, improper use, faulty installation, or alteration of the product
  • Use of the product with incompatible items
  • Lost keys

Product Information

How do I tell my delivery drivers where to deliver?

Can someone steal my Adoorn mail or package box?

Your Adoorn is heavy and large, making it difficult to carry on its own. All Adoorn mailboxes ship with mounting hardware. Our package boxes can be anchored to the ground (anchoring kit sold separately) — see how to anchor your package box.

Can I anchor into wood or concrete?

Yes. You can anchor through the four feet at the bottom of the Adoorn into either wood or concrete. See our anchoring instructions for tools, depths, and torque specs for both surfaces.

I lost my keys. How do I request replacements?

First, locate the 3–4 digit number stamped near the key slot on your Adoorn. Then email us at hello@adoorn.com to order replacement keys matched to your specific Adoorn. Replacement keys are $11.99 each.

Will keys from another Adoorn lock fit my Adoorn lock?

No. There are multiple Adoorn key configurations, so keys from one Adoorn won't open another. This is intentional, for security and peace of mind.

Is my Adoorn watertight?

The Adoorn is field-tested and rated weather resistant. It includes weather stripping around all openings to prevent water from entering the box.

Can I make modifications to my Adoorn?

No. Modifications are not recommended — they haven't been tested for safety, durability, or performance. Any modifications void the warranty.

How do I clean my Adoorn?

Wash with soap and water.

Customer Support

I'm having trouble signing into my account.

Double-check that you're using the same email address and password you registered with. If you don't remember the password, click Forgot Password on the sign-in page. You'll be asked to confirm your email, and a reset link will be sent to you.

Affirm Installments

What is Affirm?

Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards. It offers instant loan decisioning for online purchases, paid back in fixed monthly installments.

Will using Affirm affect my credit?

No, your credit won't be affected when you create an Affirm account or check your eligibility (including checking your pre-qualification eligibility). When you apply for or check to see if you prequalify for Affirm financing, it's considered a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit. If you decide to pay with installments through Affirm, your payment plan and repayment activity may be reported to credit bureaus. You can find more information on Affirm's Help Center.

Is there an annual fee for Affirm?

No. There is no annual fee to use Affirm.

How can I return an order paid with Affirm?

Follow our return policy. If the order is returned, Affirm will credit you back through your original payment method.
