Register Your Keys
A lot of Adoorn customers lose their keys. We're sure you won't, but register your unique code & we will keep your key number securely on file.
I did not receive keys with my order, what do I do?
When you unbox your mailbox, the keys should be located inside the top delivery door, clipped to the outgoing mail clip. If not there, they may have accidentally dropped inside the mailbox. Flip over mailbox + tilt so they will slide to front where you can reach in and grab them.
If they are missing, email us at hello@adoorn.com and we will send a replacement set.
Can I register my key code for future reference?
Adoorn highly recommends you register your key code with us. This way, if you lose your key we can find the code for you as a backup.

Where do I find my 3 Digit Code?
The 3 Digit code is located on both the front of the lock and on the keys. If you are missing your keys, look for the code on the front of the mailbox lock.
