Should I buy a small or large Package Box?
The Package Box | Small size is 29.5" H x 20.5" W x 10.5" D and receives multiple packages, with a max size of 17" x 10" x 6".
The Package Box | Large size is 36" H x 20.5" W x 15" D and receives multiple packages, with a max size of 17" x 15" x 7.5".
The small size is great for people who only get a couple of small deliveries a week. If you get a lot of package deliveries, larger size boxes or are away from home for days at a time, we recommend our Large size.
Can I use the Package Box with any carrier (USPS, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.)?
Yes! Our package boxes can be used by all carriers. You can include delivery instructions for UPS, Amazon & FedEx to place deliveries in your package box. Click here for resources on leaving instructions for your carriers.
Is assembly required for the package box?
Yes, our Package Boxes ship flat packed to allow for better delivery. We've recently re-engineered them for easier assembly. We recommend you watch our Assembly Video which will walk you through a step-by-step process.
How does it work?
It works like the big blue USPS boxes.
Delivery drivers simply open the top door and place deliveries inside.
When the door shuts, mail falls into the secure location.
Retrieve your mail by using your key at your convenience.
Do I really need package protection?
Recent research says 75% of people in the USA have had a package stolen in the last year (119M packages---that's a crazy number) & it is increasing every year. Also, if you've had a package stolen, there is a 40% likelihood that you will have another stolen this year.
Cameras don't prevent package theft, they just show you who stole your package.
Can I get a replacement key if I lose mine?
Each mailbox comes with 2 keys. And, each lock has a unique identification code to your specific mailbox. If you do lose your keys (we're sure you won't!), just send us an email to hello@adoorn.com to order replacements that match your lock's identification code.

The box is sturdy and attractive
Love the color and size. Assembly was a little tricky because there were no numbers on anything as referred in the instructions, but was able to figure it out. There is a small dent on the back but since No one will see that side, no big deal.
Very small and a pain to assemble. Not worth it for medium to large package storage. Also locking mailboxes USPS Approved.
The chili pepper color is magical and pops. The parcel box was exactly as advertised and I am very pleased. What makes Adoorn stand out though was the excellent customer service. There was a minor powder coating defect on the door, small and by no means reason to return the box. The Adoorn customer service team was on point, replied quick, and assisted in a resolution. Would buy again!
