Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my key number?
The 3–4 digit key number is stamped near the keyhole on your Adoorn lock cylinder. Open the box, look at the back of the lock, and you'll see a small etched number. Take a photo so you have it for the form.
Do I need to register more than one Adoorn?
If you own multiple Adoorn products, register each one separately. The form has fields for a second product so you can register two at once; for three or more, submit the form once per pair.
What if I bought my Adoorn from a retailer (not adoorn.com)?
You can still register. Select the retailer in the "Where Purchased" field. For warranty claims, we may ask for proof of purchase from that retailer — keep your receipt or order confirmation.
What happens to my information?
Your information is stored in Klaviyo, our customer-data system. We use it to service warranty claims, send replacement keys, and contact you about your specific Adoorn. We don't sell your information. You can request deletion any time by emailing hello@adoorn.com.
I already registered. How do I update my info?
Email hello@adoorn.com with your name, email, and what's changed (new address, second Adoorn, etc.). We'll update your record. You don't need to resubmit the form.
I need a replacement key now. How fast is that?
Once registered, email hello@adoorn.com requesting a replacement. Replacement keys are $11.99 each and ship within 2–3 business days. See the replacement key product page for details.
