Adoorn $100 Gift Card Giveaway (US) Terms
Prize details: One (1) $100 digital gift card redeemable only at Adoorn.com, subject to applicable gift card terms and conditions. No substitution, not transferable, and no cash redemption except as required by law. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners will also have their photos featured in Adoorn's official Christmas marketing email newsletter dated December 25, 2025.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ (or age of majority in their state). Void where prohibited.
Entry Period: December 7, 2025 at 12:00 AM CT to December 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT. To enter, email hello@adoorn.com with an original photo attached OR submit using form at https://www.adoorn.com/pages/giveaway-terms. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Entries without a photo or submitted outside the Entry Period are void.
Content requirements: Photo must be original and comply with these Terms. Do not include third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, or recognizable branding unless you have permission.
AI policy: AI-generated images are not permitted. Minor edits for cropping, color correction, and cleanup are allowed, but the primary image content must be captured by you.
Judging: Winner will be selected by a Sponsor-appointed jury based on: (i) creativity (50%), (ii) relevance to the giveaway prompt and Adoorn brand (30%), and (iii) overall quality (20%).
Rights + publicity release: By submitting, you represent and warrant that you own the photo and have obtained permission from any person(s) appearing in the photo to grant the rights below. By submitting, you grant Adoorn a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your submission (in whole or in part) for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. You also consent to Adoorn’s use of your name, city/state, likeness, and/or social handle (if provided) in connection with the promotion and marketing use of your submission.
Winner announcement: Winner may be announced on Adoorn-owned channels (for example, email, website, and social media) and may include name and city/state and/or social handle.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries. Participation constitutes entrant’s agreement to these Terms and release of Sponsor from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance/use, except where prohibited.
