The Front Door Edit: Real Homes. New Possibilities.
Cheerful Classic Edit
“
I wanted the front of our house to feel more like us, but I couldn’t figure out what was missing. The warm wood, black details, and new path make it click. It feels like a fresh welcome, and I don’t have to do everything at once.

Keep the warmth. Give the path and porch a common thread.
1
Bring the warm tones together.
A wood-accented mailbox picks up the warmth of the brick and front door. Dark seating and trim give those materials a crisp frame.
2
Make the walk part of the welcome.
Larger stone pavers create a clear approach. Low planting and repeated path lights frame the route without hiding the entrance.
3
Repeat a few useful details.
Black Address Numbers, seating, and a package box create a common thread. Each has a purpose, and the shared finish keeps the porch cohesive.

What do you like most about this Edit?
The wood tones are my favorite. The Walnut mailbox gives you that first hint of warmth at the curb, and then you see it carried toward the house. The black numbers and package box keep it feeling clean and simple. Those are details I could see us starting with.
Does this seem within your DIY capabilities?
Some of it, absolutely. I’d tackle the address numbers and plan the mailbox installation first. The new path is a bigger project, so I’d get help with that. Having a picture of the whole idea makes it easier to decide what to do now and what can wait.
How much color feels right?
I’m more comfortable with warm wood and greenery than a really bold paint color. This gives us a change that still feels like our house. The black Adoorn pieces add a little contrast without making the entrance feel busy.
Measure your available wall space and the footprint beside your door. Compare those measurements with the dimensions on the product page. Leave room for doors, lids, and the route to your entrance.
Yes. Choose the digits for your address, your preferred finish, and the quantity of each digit on the Address Numbers product page. The address in the concept is only part of the example. Shop 6" House Numbers
What should I check before mounting?
Review the installation instructions for the selected product and your mounting surface. Check placement and delivery requirements with your local mail carrier before relocating a mailbox.
